1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reelyzer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reelyzer is a web-based analytics tool that analyzes publicly available Instagram Reels data. We provide statistics, rankings, and insights based on publicly accessible content. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Free & Pro Plans

Reelyzer offers a free plan with limited features and a paid Pro plan with expanded capabilities:

  • Free: 5 analyses per month, latest 25 reels per analysis, 3 saved analyses.
  • Pro ($29/month): Unlimited analyses, latest 200 reels per analysis, 50 saved analyses.

We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

5. Fair Use Policy

Features described as "unlimited" are subject to a fair use policy. We expect normal, human-driven usage patterns. Fair use means:

  • Using the Service for your own legitimate analytics needs.
  • Not running automated or bulk analyses through scripts, bots, or other programmatic means.
  • Not reselling or redistributing analysis data at scale.
  • Not placing excessive load on our systems that degrades the experience for other users.

If we detect usage patterns that significantly exceed what a reasonable individual or team would need, we may contact you to discuss your usage. In extreme cases, we reserve the right to throttle or suspend access. We will always attempt to resolve issues in good faith before taking any action.

6. Payments & Billing

  • Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page or Stripe customer portal.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you are owed a refund.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to harass, stalk, or violate the privacy of Instagram users.
  • Attempt to access non-public Instagram data through the Service.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its data without permission.
  • Circumvent usage limits or plan restrictions.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

8. Data & Accuracy

Reelyzer provides analytics based on publicly available data at the time of analysis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Instagram may change its data availability at any time, which could affect the Service. Analysis results are provided "as is" and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Reelyzer. Instagram content analyzed through the Service remains the property of its respective owners. You retain ownership of any insights or reports you generate using the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelyzer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your saved data will be deleted.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
