  • Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
  • Usage data: We track which Instagram profiles you analyze, how many analyses you perform, and when you use our service. This is used to enforce plan limits and improve our service.
  • Payment information: If you subscribe to our Pro plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details — Stripe handles all payment data securely.
  • Saved analyses: When you save an analysis, we store the analysis data (publicly available Instagram data) in our database linked to your account.

  • To provide and maintain our service

  • To enforce usage limits based on your plan

4. Instagram Data

Reelyzer only analyzes publicly available Instagram data. We do not access private accounts, direct messages, or any non-public content. The data we analyze (view counts, likes, comments, captions, etc.) is the same data visible to anyone visiting the public Instagram profile.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use row-level security policies to ensure you can only access your own data. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: Authentication and database hosting
  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Vercel: Website hosting

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to manage your authentication session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export your saved analyses (via CSV export)
  • Cancel your subscription at any time
